Formación

• Doctoral degree in immunology, molecular biology, biomedical engineering, genetics or related discipline.
• Strong record in T-cell biology, CAR-T engineering, TCR development or TIL biology.
• Sustained extramural funding or a track record of high-impact publications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery and validation of novel targets for CAR-T, TCR-engineered T cells and TIL therapies across cancers.
• Develop strategies to enhance TIL expansion, persistence, and tumor reactivity.
• Engineer and optimize CAR constructs, co-stimulatory domains, and gene editing strategies.
• Advance next-generation approaches such as armored CAR-T cells and universal/allogeneic platforms.
• Collaborate with genome editing, tumor immunology, translational science, GMP manufacturing, and clinical trial teams to move therapies toward clinical testing.
• Contribute to scalable discovery pipelines for antigen identification and preclinical validation.
• Engage in multidisciplinary team science across Mayo Clinic campuses.
