Job summary

Stefanini Group is seeking a Senior Systems Verification and Validation Engineer for the Plymouth, MN site. The role is onsite, contract-based, and focuses on defining test strategies across system, integration, and hardware levels.

You will build robust V&V plans, drive method improvements, and ensure traceability and regulatory alignment. You will leverage statistical tools and experimental design to interpret results, support engineering decisions, and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced degree in engineering is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience for bachelor’s degree or 2 years with advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute test strategies for system-, integration-, and hardware-level testing.
• Develop and maintain V&V documentation (plans, protocols, reports).
• Drive continuous improvement of the verification and validation process.
• Establish alternative verification approaches to minimize manual testing while ensuring compliance.
