Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field from an accredited college/university.
• Travel requirement of approx. 30–40% (more during test campaigns).
• 4+ years of related engineering experience.
• Understanding of Systems Engineering principles, requirements verification, and validation methods.
• Understanding of test design, requirements, and operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, trade study management, and risk management.
• Good communicator, extremely organized, able to develop and track schedules.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional technical project management and integration for test requirement development, test scope, schedules, test article builds, instrumentation, logistics, test planning, and test house selection.
• Compliance with ULA processes governing test planning and execution, author/review test report summaries, test requirement documents, and SOWs; facilitate release of these documents.
• Drive development and technical convergence of test requirements; lead test integration efforts; establish test methods and operational process development.
• Lead system test trade studies and present outcomes to leadership.
• Manage risks, issues, and opportunities related to the test campaign.
• Coordinate requirements verification activities, customer communications, proposal support, and Gate Review preparation.
• Lead Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) with cross-functional teams.
• Lead through influence across the broader organization.
• Drive continuous improvement in test processes and automation.
• Ensure testing complies with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
