Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Sr. Technologist II - System Engineer for a 6 month contract to hire in Houston, TX. The role is a full-time hybrid position focusing on enterprise infrastructure across AD, Azure, VMware, and automation with PowerShell, Ansible, and cross-site support.

The ideal candidate has extensive Windows Server and Active Directory experience, strong scripting skills, and a track record leading infrastructure projects in large environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years IT experience (enterprise) including Windows AD environments.
• 10+ years Windows AD and server administration experience.
• 7+ years virtualization platforms (VMware, Azure) in large multi-site setups.
• 5+ years scripting/automation with PowerShell, Ansible, or similar.
• Strong experience with logs, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
