• Manages relationships with internal and outsourced development partners.
• Reviews designs for compliance with guidelines and improves product quality.
• Provides domain expertise and leadership across cross‑functional projects.
• Drives innovation and integration of new technologies in the software systems group.
• Mentors less experienced staff and guides junior engineers.
