Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an AI/ML Platform Product Lead to translate user challenges into scalable product requirements and drive feature implementation. You will focus on performance, reliability, and customer experience while collaborating with engineering teams.

You will guide AI/ML workloads at scale, evaluate new technologies, and produce reference architectures for diverse customer use cases, shaping a forward-looking roadmap.

Qualifications

• Masters, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Math, or related field.
• At least 2 years work experience with Python, Rust, Golang, Linux or Bash.
• Experience in Deep Learning and Machine Learning.
• Expertise using AI/DL frameworks and inferencing software such as SGLang, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, or Dynamo.
• Knowledge of CPU and GPU architecture.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to explain sophisticated technical topics to non-experts.
• Experience in the design, implementation, and release of AI/ML products to market.
• Familiarity with all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
• Strong desire to share knowledge with clients, partners, and co-workers.
• Willingness and ability to tackle complex problems in unfamiliar territories.
• Prior experience building distributed systems.
