Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Systems Software Engineer for the GPU Diagnostics SW team in Santa Clara. You will design, implement, and test core software that moves next-generation GPUs from design to production, including emulation, bring-up, and product hardening activities.

The role requires 5+ years in low-level systems software on Linux, strong C/C++ skills, and deep knowledge of computer architecture.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent C/C++ programming skills and Linux environment proficiency.
• 5+ years in low-level systems software development with OS fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and debug changes in the NVIDIA software stack for new hardware.
• Engage in emulation, bring-up, and product hardening for production readiness.
• Trace devices from manufacturing through data center systems and end-user devices.
• Solve complex problems impacting end users and OEM partners.
• Work with hardware/software architectures and collaborate across teams.
