Job summary

You will collaborate with researchers and data scientists, provide technical leadership, and ensure secure computing environments while contributing to proposal design and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years hands-on programming experience with large datasets.
• Experience with CMS projects and multidisciplinary health research teams.
• Experience in secure or virtual research environments and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of advanced programming solutions for health research.
• Oversee data management workflows including extraction, transformation, validation, and integration.
• Develop reusable code libraries, macros, and templates for efficiency.
• Conduct complex analyses and generate tables, listings, and visualizations for reports.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to programming teams.
• Collaborate with statisticians and data scientists to translate requirements into code.
• Ensure compliance with data security protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to proposals by designing analytic approaches and estimating effort.
