Design high performance, robust, and scalable systems and implement applications utilizing Java/J2EE technologies and JPA/Hibernate. Promote backend processing architecture and business object model standard among systems. Build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. Perform data analysis and provide hands-on support with SQL development of more complex deliverables. Ensure integrity and quality of data and information stored and flowing between business applications, data marts, and business intelligence applications. Translate business requirement into data and information requirement for custom development tasks. Ensure persistence layer interface and data provided in applications, reports, dashboards, and other interfaces are used appropriately and governance rules are adhered. Document technical specifications, architecture, functional flows, data modeling, and data workflows. Identify risks/opportunities, define technology roadmaps, and ensure project methodology is followed in accordance with company standards and guidelines.
