Job summary

You will blend system administration, network management, and desktop support to ensure secure day-to-day operations. The role requires a TS/SCI clearance with a full-scope polygraph, plus experience with Windows/PowerShell and collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 2+ years of related experience; or graduate degree with 0–2 years experience; or 6+ years as substitute.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking, PowerShell, and security best practices.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user desktop support for systems and applications both locally and across the classified WAN.
• Perform routine system updates, patching, and hardening to reduce vulnerabilities and maintain compliance with applicable standards.
• Partner with program engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver IT solutions aligned with program needs and schedules.
• Communicate technical issues, risks, and recommendations effectively to management and non-technical stakeholders.
