Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Logistic Engineer to support SATCOM activities and enterprise-wide systems engineering in a 24/7 operations environment. The role requires rotating day/night shifts based on team needs, with location in Guam (Alexandria, VA as base).

Responsibilities include tracking logistics, managing inventory, and coordinating with internal and external teams. A TS/SCI CI Poly clearance and U.S. citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM plus at least 5 years of engineering experience.
• Experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Active TS/SCI CIPoly clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Utilize MS Office to track and report on logistics operations.
• Maintain clear communication with management, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Receipt of parts from internal and external suppliers per quality standards.
• Conduct inventory cycle counting to maintain accuracy of mission equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock supplies as needed to ensure availability.
• Ensure proper document control of receipts, shipments, transfers, and other logistics documents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve logistics issues.
• Review and present reports to property analysts and leadership.
• Perform cross training to assist SATCOM activities.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and operate MHE/equipment as required.
