Trimble is seeking a Systems Lead in Sunnyvale, CA, hybrid role, to guide the development of high-performance GPS avionics for military and national security applications. You will own requirements, verification, and certification strategies across the product lifecycle, collaborating with engineering, program management, and field teams.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in safety-critical avionics, strong leadership, and experience with DO-178C/DO-254, DOORS, Jama, or Git, plus the ability to

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years in safety-critical avionics/aerospace environments.
• Ability to obtain U.S. DoD security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).

Responsabilidades

• Spearhead development and refinement of software/hardware lifecycle plans for safety-critical embedded systems.
• Architect lifecycle data from customer specs to design teams and qualification strategies.
• Lead system verification engineering with advanced strategies and high-reliability testing infrastructure.
• Serve as primary technical authority supporting program management, field integrations, and multi-disciplinary teams.
