Level Up, LLC, a subsidiary of AVIAN, is seeking a systems integrator in Virginia to manage mission-critical programs and serve as a technical advisor to customer leadership.

The role emphasizes governance, systems integration, and documentation, with a TS/SCI clearance requirement and on-site work. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, and strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience managing time-sensitive processes balancing risk, resources, and demands.
• Experience coordinating and integrating dynamic programmatic deliverables.
• Strong communication and ability to resolve complex technical requirements.
• Ability to apply critical thinking for mission integrity and reliable testing.
• Experience with project/program management planning.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Team environment interacting with IC stakeholders.
• Ability to translate cyber/engineering capabilities into understandable concepts.
