Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC is seeking a System Integration and Test Engineer in Chelmsford, MA to plan, implement, test, and document integration solutions for in-house and COTS/GOTS components.

The role involves defining test plans, coordinating subsystem and system testing, analyzing results, and producing evaluation reports to verify performance. BS in a related field and hands-on LabVIEW/TestStand experience required, with strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering, CS or related field.
• 5+ years experience using Microsoft Office to generate status reports and plans.
• 5+ years experience writing and supporting LabVIEW code bases.
• 3+ years experience with TestStand software.
• 3+ years experience in analyzing and solving problems.
• Experience managing multiple tasks with limited direction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and teamwork.
• Ability to lead teams toward milestone completion.

Responsibilities

• Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains integration and testing solutions for components and systems.
• Establishes test plans, procedures, and schedules for complete systems and subsystems.
• Coordinates subsystem and system testing with programs and other organizations.
• Writes discrepancy reports and performs regression testing for fixes.
