Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking an experienced Systems Integration & Test Engineer III to support complex system and subsystem integration and testing in Chelmsford and Andover, MA. Ideal candidates hold a technical degree, have 5+ years with LabVIEW and 3+ years with NI TestStand, and possess an active Secret Clearance to start.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of hands-on LabVIEW experience with code development and support.
• 3+ years of NI TestStand experience with test software.
• 3+ years of analyzing and resolving technical problems.
• Experience managing multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Active Secret Clearance required to start.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and document system and subsystem integration and testing.
• Develop test solutions meeting customer requirements within schedule and cost constraints.
• Translate requirements into test strategies, procedures, and plans.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Support hardware/software integration and troubleshoot interfaces.
• Define system inputs, outputs, test parameters, and expected results.
• Perform verification/validation testing and regression testing after changes.
• Analyze results and draft detailed technical reports of performance.
• Identify and troubleshoot discrepancies between expected and actual results.
• Create discrepancy reports and support corrective actions.
• Coordinate testing activities with engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Support milestone completion and manage multiple technical activities.
