Job summary

HRU-Tech is seeking an engineering leader to build and grow our Systems Engineering and Functional Safety practice in the US. You will drive customer engagements, define roadmaps, and support growth with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and mobility programs.

You will mentor engineers, lead technical reviews, and ensure safety artifacts meet ISO 26262, SOTIF, and other industry standards. Bachelor’s degree is required; Master's/PhD preferred. U.S. citizenship or Green Card is required.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in Systems Engineering, Functional Safety, or Safety-Critical Product Development.
OEM, Tier-1, Aerospace, Defense, or other safety-critical industry experience.
Experience leading technical teams, projects, or engineering initiatives.
Proven success working directly with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
Experience supporting technical proposals, project planning, and customer engagements.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities

Lead customer programs spanning Systems Engineering and Functional Safety.
Support recruiting and talent development activities.
