SciTec in Boulder, CO is seeking a Senior/Principal Systems Engineering Lead to guide a MOSA-enabled data processing architecture and lead a multi-disciplinary team. You will elicit operational concepts, refine requirements, and design architectures in collaboration with customer reps and SciTec engineers.

The role requires a DoD clearance eligibility, a STEM degree, and 10+ years in software engineering, HPC, or remote sensing; you will mentor staff and drive MBSE practices across programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM discipline.
• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in software engineering, HPC, or remote sensing.
• Experience executing IEEE 15288 systems engineering processes.
• Familiarity with Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools and Cameo suite.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with the program office and end-users to elicit, detail, and document operational concepts for a MOSA architecture hosting high-performance data processing apps.
• Develop and analyze system requirements addressing stakeholder needs.
• Support design of architectures that meet requirements and align with customer concepts of operations.
• Coordinate with integration, verification, and test teams to support requirements verification and validation.
• Document operational concepts, stakeholder needs, system requirements, and architectures using MBSE tools.
• Mentor and improve processes within the SciTec systems engineering team.
• Additional duties as required.
