Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in Systems Engineering across the complete system lifecycle.
• Extensive experience with both V-Model and Agile systems engineering approaches.
• Proven track record tracing requirements from statutory or regulatory mandates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and execution of systems engineering processes across the full system lifecycle.
• Establish and maintain the systems engineering management plan.
• Chair and facilitate Technical Review Boards.

Skills

Expert knowledge of systems engineering lifecycle processes

Demonstrated experience managing Technical Review Boards

Strong understanding of requirements engineering

Proficiency in technical risk management methodologies

Exceptional communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related
