SHINE Technologies, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to manage on-prem Windows Servers, Hyper‑V, and SAN storage, while administering AD, GPO, Intune, and cloud services in Azure and Microsoft 365. The role emphasizes security, CI/CD support, and day-to-day IT operations for production and development environments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong networking background, Linux is a plus, and must be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 6+ years enterprise system administration experience.
• Ability to summarize data into useful information with visuals.
• U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support for on-prem/hosted infrastructure.
• Manage Windows Servers, AD, GPO, and Intune alongside network components.
• Maintain SAN storage provisioning and Hyper‑V environments.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 and Azure environments for security and uptime.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity and engineering teams on design and projects.
• Drive automation to increase team efficiency and reliability.
• Support day-to-day IT operations and on-call coverage as needed.
• Document configurations and changes per change management.
