Job summary

Navius Technologies LLC is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer 3 to support government programs from concept through retirement. You will apply advanced systems engineering to ensure system integrity across enterprise processes and will liaise with government leadership on performance and lifecycle planning.

The role requires 6+ years of experience, a technical bachelor's degree, familiarity with ISO/IEC 15288, and active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC 15288 systems engineering framework.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance (required).

Responsibilities

• Apply systems engineering across all life cycle phases: concept, development, production, utilization, support, and retirement.
• Provide detailed technical input on architectural decisions, risk trade-offs, and engineering assessments.
• Serve as a key liaison between engineering teams and government leadership, offering insight on system performance, integration, and lifecycle planning.
• Analyze, define, and validate stakeholder requirements and translate them into effective engineering solutions.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and completeness of deliverables aligned with ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
• Lead or contribute to technical process areas including implementation, verification, transition, operation, and maintenance.
• Maintain consistent communication with program personnel, government overseers, and senior leadership.
