Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship; no dual citizenship.
• Current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Education in Engineering or related field (CS/Physics/Math).
• Bachelor's with 10 years or Master's with 8 years or PhD with 6 years in related experience.
• 6-10 years hands-on experience across the systems engineering lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with teams to design, develop, integrate, and maintain complex technical systems.
• Ensure reliable operation to meet organizational requirements.
• Translate requirements into efficient system solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Apply analytical skills for troubleshooting and improvements; evaluate performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and coordinate with vendors.
