Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• IAT Level II Certification
• Five (5) years of additional Systems Engineering experience may substitute for a bachelor’s degree
• Twenty (20) years of experience as a Systems Engineer supporting programs of similar scope

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Linux (Red Hat) and Windows operating systems
• Provide implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance support for enterprise IT systems
• Manage client/server/storage/network/mobile device environments and day-to-day operations
• Support help desk operations, dispatch systems, and hardware troubleshooting
• Analyze and resolve complex issues involving servers, applications, software integration, and performance
• Optimize system operations, resource utilization, and capacity planning
• Lead and support systems engineering initiatives across planning, design, and sustainment
• Support and maintain NetApp storage environments
• Ensure compliance with STE/STN requirements and mitigation activities
• Interface with government stakeholders and senior leadership on technical issues
