Vickers and Nolan Enterprises (VNE) is seeking a TS/SCI cleared Systems IV Engineer to oversee the creation and integration of hybrid software, web and hardware products for national security programs.

The role requires extensive systems engineering experience, MBSE familiarity, and DoD standards compliance, with responsibilities spanning design, integration, testing, and maintenance.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI clearance required.
• 10+ years with MS (or 14+ years with BA) leading hybrid software, web and hardware programs.

Responsibilities

• Support government programs across management, engineering analysis, configuration management, testing and cybersecurity.
• Integrate COTS/GOTS into SIGINT systems in compliance with DoD standards.
• Lead system development lifecycle activities including specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance.
