Synergy ECP is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to lead and coordinate engineering activities across ISO/IEC 15288 domains. The role involves supervising staff, delivering technical work products, and briefing stakeholders on project status.

Candidates should have TS/SCI with Poly, extensive systems engineering experience, and the ability to travel as needed. The position is based in Maryland and requires strong collaboration with defense and intelligence clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field plus 20+ years of systems engineering experience.
• High School Diploma plus 24+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree plus 18+ years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering activities across ISO/IEC 15288 areas.
• Supervise project engineering staff and contractors.
• Develop and deliver engineering work products and training.
• Brief stakeholders and present status on technical aspects.
