Job summary

MicroTech seeks a Lead Engineer to guide systems integration and Windows software deployment supporting the global MEDEX/MEDXS mission. This role provides technical direction for deploying, integrating, and sustaining systems across military theater environments.

The candidate will lead theater systems integration planning, oversee Windows deployment efforts, ensure deployment readiness, and coordinate across engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance and a valid U.S. passport with at least 18 months of validity remaining on the first day of contract performance

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution for theater systems integration
• Coordinate Windows software deployment, configuration, testing, and validation
• Evaluate system interfaces, dependencies, and deployment readiness
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues across engineering and operations teams
• Maintain technical designs, procedures, configuration records, and deployment documentation
• Demonstrated experience integrating systems in military theater environments
• Experience planning and executing Windows software deployments
• Translate mission requirements into executable technical activities and direct engineering personnel
• Manage personnel deployments and SPOT coordination across multiple OCONUS areas
