Qualifications

- Experience in Agile development teams.
- Experience developing software requirements.
- Experience with test automation using Python.
Responsibilities
- Support systems engineering activities within an Agile development environment, translating system and software requirements into test and verification strategies.
- Develop automated and semi-automated test scripts using Python to validate software functionality and system performance.
- Verify software builds in integrated lab environments and support formal verification events for major program deliveries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to refine system requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Present technical progress and status updates to Agile team members and engineering leadership.
- Contribute to improving test development processes, tools, and best practices while maintaining company standards.
- Navigate bids & pursuits adhering to Collins Processes.
- Mentor younger engineers through Systems Engineering tasks.
- 10% travel as needed.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
