Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
• Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance required
• Typically 10+ years of related experience for Sr level
• Progressive experience in systems engineering lifecycle including requirements management, architecture, and V&V
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage technical risk

Responsibilities

• Lead derivation, decomposition and allocation of system requirements
• Architect and integrate complex system solutions across subsystems
• Plan and conduct milestone reviews and ensure traceability across artifacts
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, and mission assurance teams for flight readiness
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and drive continuous improvement
