The qualified candidate requires an understanding of Space Systems in order to integrate big picture system and programmatic thinking with Space Segment, Ground Segment and User Segment architectures. The position requires a collaborative approach to gather required data using agile or traditional system engineering methods from multiple sources and from multiple customers across the program office with intent to display it in a useful manner to enable review and decisions. You will be the lead point of contact for managing program risk, process planning, acquisition and programmatic integration efforts. Together, our goal is to develop a team that is innovative, professional, and eager to apply their expertise to support the mission that ultimately provides critical information from cutting edge systems to our warfighters to deter and defeat our enemies in battle.

  • Plan, manage, and execute continuous integration activities over the life of the contract to include development of entry/exit criteria for each step of system integration flow to ensure that the development/integration/test activities of each step effectively support the delivery of the space system.
  • Support Government oversight of prime contractor development of the initial product baseline including establishing the detailed designs for the system's components, specifying the architecture, functions and capabilities of the system's elements and components, defining the logical, physical, and human interfaces for the components and between system components, establishing and maintaining design artifacts that describe the conditions, operating modes, and operating states specific to the components of the architecture, and maintaining bi-directional requirements traceability.
