Job summary

Arcfield is seeking a Senior Systems Technical Specialist to join an experienced team that designs and evaluates end-to-end systems throughout their lifecycle. You will translate customer needs into detailed requirements, collaborate across engineering disciplines, and establish engineering standards across the product development lifecycle.

You will participate in system design reviews, develop verification procedures, and support rapid prototyping with a DevOps approach.

Qualifications

• Must have active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM with 10+ years of domain experience.
• Subject Matter Expert in at least one SIGINT discipline.
• 10+ years working with SIGINT datasets and 5+ years coding in mission environments.
• Experience with SIGINT collection systems and data formats.
• Experience deploying web services and software frameworks.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate across locations.

Responsibilities

• Generate quantifiable requirements from customer descriptions and design.
• Ensure system requirements comply with standards via formal verification.
• Translate high-level strategies into detailed system requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on technical requirements.
• Design and integrate system interfaces for cohesive operation.
• Evaluate system performance with defined metrics and tests.
• Support business development and customer tasking.
• Participate in design reviews and verification planning.
• Develop system-level verification procedures and acceptance tests.
• Review test plans to ensure contractual compliance.
• Contribute to rapid prototyping and DevOps deployment of capabilities.
