Job summary

NVIDIA seeks Systems Engineers and Software Engineers to design, build, deploy, and run reliable large scale infrastructure platform services for internal and external use.

You will ensure that EDA services atop NVIDIA hardware meet reliability goals, participate in on-call rotations, automate toil, and advise peer teams on systems design and best practices. Equity and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Track record of initiating projects and collaborating across teams.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and distributed systems design for large scale environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Perl or Ruby.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux, Networking, Storage, and Containers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and run infrastructure services and manage the software life cycle.
• Define internal service level objectives and error budgets as part of observability strategy.
• Eliminate toil or automate it where ROI justifies it.
• Practice blameless incident prevention and participate in on-call rotation.
• Consult with peer teams on systems design best practices.
