Job summary
NVIDIA in Austin is seeking Systems Engineers and Software Engineers to build and run reliable large-scale infrastructure services atop NVIDIA hardware. You’ll ensure internal and external facing EDA services operate with high reliability and implement automation to reduce toil.
You should have a BS in Computer Science or related field, 12+ years of experience, and knowledge of Linux, networking, storage and containers.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of relevant experience.
- A track record showing initiative and collaboration on projects.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and distributed systems.
- Experience in Python, Go, Perl or Ruby.
- In depth knowledge in Linux, Networking, Storage, and Containers.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and run infrastructure services and manage the software lifecycle.
- Define internal service level objectives and error budgets as part of observability strategy.
- Eliminate toil or automate it where ROI justifies.
- Practice blameless incident prevention and incident response on on-call rotations.
- Consult with peer teams on systems design best practices.
