Job summary

Boeing Intelligence & Analytics (BI&A) in Maryland seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to lead RF signal processing initiatives and integrate new and legacy software across multiple hardware platforms. You will guide SOA implementations and coordinate interface control across teams.

Ideal candidates possess TS/SCI with Polygraph, 14+ years of systems engineering on large programs, and experience with Jira/Confluence. Annapolis Junction, MD on-site; pay band $187k–$220k annually.

Qualifications

14+ years of systems engineering experience on medium to large programs or contracts.
Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, computer science, information systems, or related discipline.
Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance.
Experience with RF signal processing applications.
Experience with Jira/Confluence or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

Lead RF signal processing initiatives and integrate software across hardware forms.
Implement comprehensive SOA solutions across systems.
Manage requirements changes with stakeholder buy-in and traceability.
Guide development, integration, and testing of complex hardware/software components.
Coordinate interface control and system integration across multiple teams.
