Job summary

Saalex Corporation in Corona, CA is seeking a Systems Engineer (DPRI/Range Systems) to support defense range operations. The role involves system integration, instrumentation, and cybersecurity compliance for NSWC Corona environments.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setting with on-site at NSWC Corona and travel to various locations as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering and active security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of integrated systems engineering and technical analysis.
• Ability to travel to remote ranges, ships, and test sites.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support the engineering lifecycle including design, analysis, integration, installation, testing, sustainment, and modernization.
• Provide engineering support for RF systems, fiber optics, and telecom/infrastructure.
• Support field deployments, remote site deployments, and travel to CONUS/OCONUS locations.
• Develop engineering drawings, BOMs, technical documentation, and CDRL deliverables.
• Participate in cybersecurity RMF processes and cyber vulnerability mitigations.
• Collaborate with Government and contractor personnel.
