Our Space & Airborne team members located in El Segundo, CA integrate hardware and software, develop test plans and procedures, debug and evaluate system functions and interfaces, and verify system requirements in support of final sell-off to the customer. We put our systems together, exercise them in the lab or in the field, measure and analyze performance, and make sure our products work the first time and every time. Every day is a different set of challenges to overcome. You'll be expected to collaborate across disciplines and partner to implement solutions. In this role, you'll get to know a little bit about every aspect of the system and have a direct hand in making it all work together supporting teams of engineers engaged in integration and test efforts. Our center focuses on back end sustainment and repair design and sustainment development as well as transitioning systems through integration and test from production to warranty/sustainment. You will also perform functional / physical analysis, allocation, and trade studies. You will perform Radar Mode requirement verification, engineering testing, integration and flight-testing, production, system deployment, and post deployment support in a hands‑on laboratory environment. Through Digital Transformation (DTx), you will perform these functions using a variety of methods and enabling technologies, which may include Model‑Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) and Agile product development. You will develop/execute test procedures and identify/isolate anomalies to hardware, software, or system interfaces. You will have ownership of integration & test tasks and, with the team, will drive them to completion. This position is an onsite role in El Segundo, California.
After completion of comprehensive on‑the‑job training, the candidate will be part of a team: Supporting Systems Engineering, Systems Integration & Test activities across the product development lifecycle Develop technical expertise in radar systems as either a generalist or on subject matter of interest en route to becoming a subject matter expert. How to operate special test equipment in the radar system integration laboratory with minimal or no oversight and triage, characterize, and isolate radar system anomalies.

Salary range for this role is 95,500 USD - 181,700 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
