Qualifications

• B.S. in aerospace, mechanical, computer science or similar engineering or technical field.
• 8+ years Systems or Test Engineering Experience across the life cycle.
• Test experience, preferably propulsion and space related.
• Experience documenting processes and procedures and producing on-floor work instructions

Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to derive qualification requirements and develop robust test plans.
• Provide technical leadership to the test team on tests from subscale to solid rocket motor static tests.
• Drive verification activities including subscale, environmental, and static testing of solid rocket motors.
• Develop and standardize test processes, CONOPs, and high-risk-process evaluations.
• Identify need for and develop new test capabilities at the production facility.
