Job summary

SoloPulse Corp is a dual-use radar company in Atlanta, GA, seeking a Product Systems Engineer to transform prototypes into ship-ready products. You will own end-to-end integration, RF hardening, and test-driven validation, coordinating across hardware and software domains.

Role involves production transition, design-for-test, and field deployment for aerial/ground platforms. ITAR compliance and TS clearance eligibility are required for candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience integrating real hardware-plus-software systems.
• RF systems literacy including link budgets and RF payload integration.
• Hands-on work with C/C++, Python, electronics, networking, CAD, fabrication, and mechanics.
• Experience in test and validation with mission assurance.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system integration from RF front end to output.
• Hardening for environment and reliability, including MIL-STD campaigns.
• Drive production transition and NPI with design-for-manufacturing/test and documentation.
• Decompose requirements, manage ICDs, and ensure test-result traceability.
• Own field deployment and platform integration for aerial and ground vehicles.
• Build test infrastructure to enable reliable shipping.

SoloPulse is hiring a Product Systems Engineer to lead the integration, hardening, and validation that transforms a validated prototype to a shippable product. You'll have real ownership of your work, the problems are challenging, and your teammates hold themselves to a high standard.

• Understanding of full system integration from end-to-end: RF front end → digital → signal processing → state estimation → output
• Hardening for environment and reliability (shock, vibration, thermal, and EMI/EMC), including designing, running, and validating the test campaigns (MIL-STD-810/461 where applicable)
• Driving production transition and NPI: design-for-manufacturing and design-for-test, build documentation, test fixtures, and bring-up procedures that external parties can follow
• Decomposing requirements, controlling interfaces (ICDs), and verifying them, with traceability from customer requirement to test result
• Owning field deployment and platform integration (i.e aerial and ground vehicles), including failures when they happen and driving the fix
• Identifying and building the test infrastructure (benches, fixtures, automated acceptance) that enables the team to ship reliably

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other technical field
• 6+ years of demonstrated experience integrating real hardware-plus-software systems that shipped or deployed
• RF systems literacy: link budgets, antenna and signal-chain trades, RF payload integration
• Hands-on experience across C/C++, Python, electronics, networking, CAD, fabrication, and mechanical assembly
• Test and validation discipline; the ability to design tests that find problems before deployment
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS clearance; U.S. person required

Additional Technical Skills

• MIL-STD environmental and EMC/EMI test experience
• New product introduction / production transition experience
• Platform integration experience (UAS, ground vehicles)
