The Integrated Platforms (IP) team is hiring a Senior Systems Engineer to support programs for our US military and various international customers, keeping the world safe from foreign threats. IP supports multiple Collins contracts and is seeking to fill roles across several open contracts – our goal is to align each new hire with a position that best suits their skills and allows for career growth. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will guide system development and integration, supporting test development, and working closely with our customers and suppliers to ensure we deliver world class solutions.
This position requires: the ability to obtain a US Government Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance after start.
Onsite: This is an onsite role supporting our Largo, FL location.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
