Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to design and test complex solutions while managing interactions across multiple domains and product lines. You will ensure requirements traceability and alignment with customer objectives. This onsite role requires a DoD Secret clearance Day 1 and U.S.

citizenship. You will develop system requirements, support bidding activities, mentor junior engineers, and plan tests to validate performance.

Role Description

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and testing complex solutions while managing interactions across multiple domains and product lines. Your contributions will directly impact the development of innovative systems that meet the needs of our customers.

This position requires: US Government Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Security Clearance Day 1.

Onsite: This is an onsite role supporting our Cedar Rapids, IA location.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
