Collins Aerospace, Digital Technology, is hiring a Systems Administrator for our Secure Labs support team in Cedar Rapids, IA. A minimum Collateral Secret clearance is required and U.S. citizenship is required.

You will manage virtualization, servers, storage, and networking to support DoD-grade secured environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist with incident resolution, and help implement security-focused IT solutions across projects while advancing your technical

Qualifications

• University degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility.
• Active DoD security clearance required on day 1.
• Experience supporting technology in secure environments.
• Virtualization technologies (VMware, VDI, Horizon, VCF9).
• Linux system administration experience.
• Compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53).
• IAT Level II certification (e.g. Sec+).

• Virtualization

Servers,clients,networking, storage, backup, AI and DSOP tools

• You will regularly work with other members of the organization as part of a cross functional team
• You will build strong relationships with customers and peers.
• You will assist in driving escalations to resolution.
• You will participate in improvement of internal processes (LEAN/ACE/CORE)
• You will use your technical knowledge and experience to facilitate resolution of service request and restoration tickets.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
