Job summary

SP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to own complex pharmaceutical systems from concept through deployment. You will be embedded on-site with a customer, coordinating mechanical, controls, automation and process engineering to meet GMP and regulatory requirements.

You will drive system architecture, risk analyses, and validation planning, collaborating with internal teams and the customer to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance across life‑saving equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline required.
• 8–12+ years of experience in pharmaceutical/regulated process equipment.
• Experience integrating mechanical, controls, and process subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Own system-level architecture from concept through deployment.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, controls and software.
• Support IQ/OQ validation and field deployments.
• Interface with customers to ensure requirements traceability and compliance.
