Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced engineering leader to supervise and develop multi-platform converged enterprise solutions for business and infrastructure services.

You will lead cross-functional teams to enhance performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity, while evaluating product and service options. Ideal candidates bring deep networking expertise, IAM, PKI, and secure connectivity experience, plus a track record designing highly available, geographically distributed environments.

Job Description

Supervises and develops multi-platform converged enterprise engineering solutions targeted to meet existing, enhanced, and new platform solutions for business and infrastructure services. Leads, directs, or recommends cross-functional team targeted for system enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity. Evaluates product and service solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment
• At least 10 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong expertise in network technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Experience with AAA technologies, including RADIUS, TACACS , SAML, OAuth, and certificate-based authentication
• Experience implementing and supporting Network Access Control (NAC) solutions such as Cisco ISE or equivalent platforms
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) integrations and directory services such as Active Directory and Entra ID
• Experience supporting Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions such as Netskope, Zscaler, or similar platforms
• Experience with remote access technologies , VPN solutions, and secure connectivity services
• Understanding of modern identity-driven access controls and segmentation strategies
• Experience designing and supporting highly available, geographically distributed environments
• Understanding of enterprise certificate management, PKI, and encryption technologies
• Experience performing platform upgrades, lifecycle management, and capacity planning

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 – $124,000.00
