Job summary

Entarian is seeking a Systems Engineer to support NIWC Pacific SIS division, enhancing Maritime Domain Awareness. The role entails maintaining enterprise systems, enabling SSO across platforms, and improving user experience while following client guidelines.

Responsibilities include deploying applications, enforcing security baselines, performing STIG reviews, and providing after-hours support. Travel up to 20% and US citizenship are required for clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related Engineering field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional systems engineering experience with Geospatial Intelligence systems.
• Minimum 2 years of engineering system experience with SeaVision.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a US security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and system modifications/upgrade support of the enterprise and supporting infrastructure.
• Provide an enterprise-wide single sign-on access.
• Provide enhanced user experience with a consistent brand that conforms to client guidelines.
• Provide standardized knowledge management tools to support problem assessment.
• Technical support with maintaining and deploying baselines.
• Perform maintenance/administration of servers, middleware and maintenance for development, test, and production.
• Deploy new/upgraded applications as directed by Program Management or Project leadership.
• Ensure maintenance of Portal accounts via User Access Management and customer access requests.
• Apply security patches per Cybersecurity directives and remediate findings.
• Perform STIG/security reviews of Portal/Middleware software as directed by Cybersecurity.
• Provide after-hours support as needed.
• Complete After Action Reports for abnormal operations or system incidents.
