Qualifications

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Education: BS with 12–15 years of experience or MS with 10–13 years; Doctorate possible.
• Writing: Draft products with strong writing and grammar.
• AI: Expert knowledge of Artificial Intelligence.
• Data integration: Expert knowledge of data integration complexities.
• Analysis: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Communication: Communicate technical topics to senior audiences.
• Collaboration: Work with seniors in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
• Deliverables: Produce deliverables in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat, etc.
• Architecture/Design: Support AI strategy, implementation plans and policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the evolution of sponsor’s strategic direction and priorities.
• Ensure the strategy is pursued efficiently using best practices and benchmarking.
• Foundational knowledge of enterprise architecture related to technical collection and IC portfolio.
• Keep abreast of IC Portfolio of Technical Investments strategies, goals and architecture.
• Make recommendations to align strategy, performance and architecture; address risks and funding.
• Act as liaison with IC program managers, DoD partners, and private sector on capabilities and delivery.
• Assist government clients with schedules, goals, and executive reports.
• Communicate complex technical topics to senior-level audiences.
