Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Systems Engineering Senior Specialist – Mission Systems to join our Greenville, TX team. This role focuses on requirements, development support, and integration of Operator Workstation capabilities across multiple platforms and programs.

Essential functions include collaborating with customers and engineers to develop requirements, testing interfaces, and ensuring clear communication with software teams. A Top Secret/SCI clearance and related credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant systems engineering experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum 4 years of prior systems engineering experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum 10 years of prior systems engineering experience.
• Active DOD TS/SCI Clearance is required to be considered.
• Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ within 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements with customers, system engineers and architects.
• Test and troubleshoot Operator Interfaces across platforms and programs.
• Communicate requirements and use cases to software developers as needed.
• Submit Bid and proposals and document status in Jira/Confluence.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to operator workstation capabilities.
