Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. is seeking an experienced engineer to support the LGM-35A Sentinel ICBM system. The role involves verifying requirements, managing TPMs, and interfacing with the USAF System Program Office and Prime Contractor to ensure alignment with government intent.

The candidate should have a STEM degree with 7+ years of related experience or 5+ years with a Master’s degree, plus familiarity with MBSE tools such as Cameo, SysML, and DOORS. Active clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or STEM field required
• Master's Degree in an engineering or STEM field preferred
• 7+ years of experience in a related field with Bachelor's degree required OR 5+ years with Master's degree

Responsibilities

• Verify requirements, Risk Management, and TPMs for the Sentinel program
• Assist USAF in managing internal program requirements and analyzing DOORS data modules and SysML models
• Prepare critical reports for System Qualification
• Interface with Prime Contractor to align with US Government intent on requirements artifacts
• Direct employee workload to ensure productivity and performance against job description
• Ensure employees receive required training and adhere to labor laws and company policies/processes
