Job summary

KIHOMAC, Inc. seeks a highly skilled engineer to support a national security-critical weapon system across development, deployment, and sustainment in a MBSE environment.

The role requires a minimum of 3+ years with a Bachelor's or 2+ years with a Master’s, with DoD/Nuclear Surety policy knowledge and experience with Sentinel/MMIII or related tools. U.S. citizenship and active clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 2+ years of relevant experience with a Master’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Conducting technical nuclear surety analysis and risk assessment.
• Performing safety/security evaluations of various subsystems.
• Providing direction on Nuclear Safety Design Certification compliance with integration into an MBSE environment to produce artifacts for Nuclear Certification IAW AFI 63-125.
• Experience with Sentinel or MMIII weapon systems preferred.
• Experience with MBSE and Dassault’s Cameo or other MBSE tools preferred.
• Experience with IBM Rational DOORS preferred.
