Job summary

Wyetech, LLC is seeking a seasoned Systems Engineer to lead contractor engineering activities across ISO/IEC 15288 process areas. You will interact with government oversight, manage technical design decisions, and deliver robust system documentation.

The role requires deep knowledge of communications technologies, virtualization, and network administration in Linux/Windows environments, with hands‑on experience in Cisco networks and cross‑functional collaboration tools such as Jira and

Qualifications

TS/SCI with agency appropriate poly.
Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field with twenty years of systems engineering experience.
In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, master’s with eighteen years, a PhD with sixteen years, or twenty‑four years of systems engineering experience with no degree.
Deep understanding of multiple communications technologies, virtualization, systems architecture, and IT systems/SIGINT platforms.
Proficiency in designing and modifying system and network drawings (Visio, Adobe).
Extensive experience administering Linux and Windows environments and complex networks.
Experience with Cisco networking and cross‑functional collaboration using JIRA/Confluence.

Responsibilities

Lead contractor systems engineering activities for a project, including supervising engineers and technicians.
Analyze and propose alternatives for elements of a project’s technical design.
Develop and deliver work products in ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas.
Brief stakeholders and present status on all technical aspects of the project.
Approve delivery of work products across multiple ISO/IEC 15288 Process Areas.
Plan and develop engineering projects with unique or complex aspects.
