Job summary

Steel Point Solutions LLC is seeking a System Engineer to apply systems engineering throughout the lifecycle, interfacing with government overseers and executives. The role ensures technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work across multiple ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.

Responsibilities include developing work products, analyzing technical alternatives, and coordinating with project teams. Strong leadership to supervise staff and ensure adherence to engineering standards is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 19+ years of general systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline with 15+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Master’s degree with 13+ years of systems engineering experience.
• PhD with 13+ years of systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform systems engineering activities across ISO/IEC 15288 process areas.
• Prepare work products for Technical, Project, and Enterprise Process Areas.
• Analyze alternatives and develop recommendations for engineering projects.
• Lead and supervise contractor engineers and technicians.
• Brief stakeholders on technical status and decisions.

Education
