Qualifications

• 5+ years in Modern Provisioning with Intune autopilot design and management.
• 5+ years in Intune Policy, Configuration Profile and remediation scripts.
• 5+ years packaging, testing and deployment using Intune.
• 5+ years Patch and Release management with Intune Autopatch.
• 5+ years PowerShell and Graph API workflows for automation in Intune/Azure.
• Experience designing cloud-based infrastructure solutions in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years Apple device management is a plus.
• Microsoft certifications such as Endpoint Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator are highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team responsible for Engineering and Operations of a full stack environment.
• Focus on Engineering and Operational work with End User Experience Management and Monitoring.
• Implement automated detection and remediation tools for the Windows environment.
• Operate advanced monitoring solutions across the Enterprise.
• Leverage PowerShell for automation of the product we support.
• Own assignments and grow as a technology professional.
• Provide the best user experience to Fidelity customers.
