Job summary

SAIC seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Fort Gordon, Georgia team. The role focuses on providing Systems Engineering support for GISA and acting as the on-site SME for Intelligence Architecture, including CI, DPED IaaS, and related services.

The ideal candidate will lead multidisciplinary efforts, coordinate with DoD engineers, and perform rigorous root cause analysis to resolve issues and improve operations across CONUS and overseas sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience; Masters with 3+; PhD 0 years.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly; US Citizenship required.
• Proven leadership in Intelligence programs and/or the Intelligence Community (IC).

Responsibilities

• Provide Systems Engineering support for Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA).
• Serve as on-site SME for Intelligence Architecture including CI Distributed Processing and DPED IaaS.
• Primary POC for troubleshooting and mitigating Intelligence Architecture issues.
• Provide in-depth technical support to assess issues and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with DoD and contract engineers across DoD locations.
• Perform root cause analysis using designs, code or specs as necessary.
• Support system maintenance, backup and resiliency planning; document issues and solutions.
• Collaborate with DoD teams and field ops across CONUS and overseas.
